Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 2, 2011, Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it had obtained a commitment for a new secured credit facility, and providing an outlook for its anticipated results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
