References in this document to "us," "we," “our” or "the Company" refer to West Mountain Asset Management, Inc., a Colorado corporation, and our wholly-owned subsidiaries, WestMountain Business Consulting, Inc., WestMountain Valuation Services, Inc., and WestMountain Allocation Analysis, Inc.
Item 5.02 Appointment of Principal Officer
Ms. Steve A. Anderson has been appointed our President. Mr. Brian L. Klemsz, our former President, remains our Chief Executive Officer, as well as our Treasurer Chief Financial Officer and sole Director.
Mr. Anderson was appointed President effective May 1, 2011. In this capacity, he oversees marketing, communication and investor/public relations. He was director of Marketing and Development for EnviroPest, a large privately owned pest control company from June 2009 to May 2011. From June 2008 to June 2009 he served as Marketing Director for Pillar Capital, LLC and from December 1996 to May 2007 was Pastor of Media Ministries at Resurrection Fellowship church in Loveland, Colorado. He also served as radio play-by-play announcer for Colorado State University football and basketball from 1989 to 1997. Mr. Anderson received his Bachelor of Science in Communications from Oral Roberts University in 1983.
