INDEPENDENT PETROLEUM ENGINEERS
As independent petroleum engineers, we hereby consent to the incorporation by reference in the registration statement on Form S-8 (No. 333-171333) of our letter report dated March 21, 2011, with respect to the proved oil, gas and natural gas liquids reserves and projected future net revenues associated with these reserves as of December 31, 2010 attributable to QR Energy, LP, and consent to its use and inclusion in the Form 10-K Annual Report for QR Energy, LP and to all references to our firm included therein.
