Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
Arlington Asset Investment Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release on April 27, 2011 announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 and held a conference call on April 28, 2011 to discuss such results. A copy of the press release and conference call transcript are furnished and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.
