Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 2, 2011, A. H. Belo Corporation announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter
ended March 31, 2011. The Company also announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a
quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on June 3, 2011 to shareholders of record at
the close of business on May 16, 2011. A copy of the announcement press release is furnished with
this report as Exhibit 99.1.
