(b) On April 26, 2011, Markos I. Tambakeras, a director of Parker-Hannifin Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company and its Board of Directors that he will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held in October 2011.
