Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 28, 2011, Harvard Bioscience, Inc., (the "Company") issued a press release announcing financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2011 and thereafter held a public telephone conference call to discuss the financial results and related matters. The press release and the transcript of the conference call are furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
