Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On April 28, 2011, Deckers Outdoor Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2011 and held a conference call regarding these financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
