Item 7.01.		Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 27, 2011, Holly Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of its regular quarterly distribution which was increased from the previous quarterly distribution. A copy of the Partnership’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein in its entirety.
