Item 7.01		Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 21, 2011, International Lease Finance Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has obtained a commitment from KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH in connection with the Company’s secured term loan agreement dated as of March 30, 2011, resulting in an increase in the total commitment from $1.3 billion to $1.5 billion under the term loan agreement. The press release is attached to this Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
