On April 21, 2011, Rose M. Hauser, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco, Inc. (the “Company”), announced her resignation from the Company effective April 30, 2011 in order to move back to the U.S. mainland for family reasons.

The Company has initiated a process to find Ms. Hauser’s replacement.  In the interim, Kurt Hoffman, Chief Operating Officer, will oversee this function.
