Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 20, 2011, Metalline Mining Company (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing that it has received an updated NI 43-101 compliant Technical Report and Resource Estimate for its Sierra Mojada Project. A copy of that new release is included with this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1.
