Re-instatement of Director.
On April 10, 2011, Mr. Jesus Oliveras resigned in his capacity as a director of the Company. On April 15, 2011, at the request of the Board of Directors, Mr. Oliveras re-considered his resignation, and was re-appointed as a director of the Company.
