          On April 18, 2011, Lithia Motors, Inc. issued a press release announcing the acquisition of Rasmussen BMW MINI, Mercedes-Benz of Portland and Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville, located in metropolitan Portland, Oregon.   A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
