AEP Industries Inc. (the “Company”) reported the voting results from its annual meeting of stockholders held on April 12, 2011 on a Current Report on Form 8-K, dated April 15, 2011 (the “Form 8-K”). The information previously reported in the Form 8-K is hereby incorporated by reference into this Amendment No. 1, except to the extent modified or updated by this Amendment No. 1.
This Amendment No. 1 is being filed solely to report that there were 612,209, 612,209 and 612,236 broker non-votes with respect to Proposals 1, 3 and 4.
