ITEM 5.02. DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS.
On April 6th, 2011, the Company appointed Reggie James, president/managing director of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Digital Clarity, to the newly created position of Senior Vice-President, Marketing and Communications and as an Executive Director of the RTG Board.
Mr. James brings years of experience in internet analytics technology software including VOIP technologies as well as management of publicly listed companies. Mr. James is founder of Digital Clarity, a leading Search Marketing and Digital Advertising Agency and subsidiary of RTG Ventures.
