Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year. |
On April 12, 2011, an amendment to the Charter of Miller Petroleum, Inc. (the “Company”) changing the Company’s name to Miller Energy Resources, Inc. became effective. The amendment was adopted by the Company’s shareholders at our 2010 Annual meeting, and previously reported on a Current Report on Form 8-K on March 17, 2011.
