On April 14, 2011, Presidential Life Corporation (the Company) announced that the Companys 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the 2011 Annual Meeting) will be held on July 12, 2011. The time and location of the 2011 Annual Meeting will be disclosed in the Notice of Annual Meeting of Stockholders and Proxy Statement.
The filing of this Form 8-K serves as notice of the date of the 2011 Annual Meeting.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by this reference herein.
