On April 8, 2011, the NASDAQ Stock Market notified Overland Storage, Inc. (the “Company”) that it is in compliance with the minimum market value of listed securities requirement set forth in Listing Rule 5550(b)(2). Accordingly, the Company complies with the requirements for continued listing of its shares of common stock on The NASDAQ Capital Market and this matter is now closed.
