On April 14, 2011, ISTA Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) added its Annual Report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010 to its website at www.istavision.com. The Annual Report included the Company’s letter to stockholders, a copy of which is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
