Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 13, 2011, China Industrial Waste Management, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing (i) certain financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010; (ii) guidance for the first half of fiscal year 2011; and (iii) a conference call to be held by the Company on Thursday, April 14, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time to discuss the financial results of operations for the fiscal year 2010. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
