On April 7, 2011, Dr. Jack Lin resigned from our board of directors. He did not provide us with a reason for his resignation.
Dr. Lin is a filing person on a Schedule 13D/A filed with the SEC on April 7, 2011 which states, among other things, his intent to dispose of all or a portion of the shares of our common stock that he owns, to nominate candidates for election to our board of directors at our 2011 annual meeting of shareholders that are aligned with his desire to explore a transaction that results in a change in the financial structure, control or ownership of all or a portion of our company and to propose changes to our bylaws at our 2011 annual meeting of shareholders.
