AllianceBernstein to Report First Quarter 2011 Results
on Monday, May 2, 2011


New York, NY, April 12, 2011 – AllianceBernstein L.P. and AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (NYSE: AB) today announced that First Quarter 2011 financial and operating results will be released on Monday, May 2, 2011.  Management will conduct a teleconference call beginning at 8:00 am (EDT), following the release of its financial results. The call will be hosted by Peter S. Kraus, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, David A. Steyn, Chief Operating Officer, and Edward J. Farrell, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Controller.
