On April 8, 2011, California Steel Industries completed a voluntary redemption of its outstanding 6 1/8% Senior Notes due March 15, 2014 (the “Notes”) in accordance with the terms of that certain Indenture dated March 22, 2004.
With the redemption of the Notes, California Steel Industries will no longer have any publically held debt or securities and is no longer required to comply with the reporting requirements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. California Steel Industries has accordingly filed a Form 15 to suspend further reporting obligations as of April 11.
