On April 11, 2011, Bel Fuse Inc. (the “Company”) announced via press release that it has filed a definitive proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission and issued a letter to shareholders of Pulse Electronics Corporation (“Pulse”) in connection with Pulse’s 2011 annual meeting of shareholders scheduled for May 18, 2011.
