On April 7, 2011, Bally Technologies, Inc. issued a press release announcing, among other things, the receipt of commitments for new senior secured credit facilities, an increase in the Company’s share repurchase program, updated guidance for fiscal 2011 and the scheduling of the third quarter fiscal 2011 results call.  A copy of the press release is filed herewith as exhibit 99.1.
