(e) On April 8, 2011, the board of directors of Advanced Analogic Technologies Incorporated (the “Company”) approved a cash bonus in the amount of $500,000 for Richard K. Williams, the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technical Officer, and a cash bonus in the amount of $900,000 for Samuel Anderson, the Company’s Chairman of the Board, in recognition of their efforts in negotiating the settlement and dismissal of the Company’s patent infringement lawsuit with Linear Technology Corporation.
