Austin, Texas, April 7, 2011 — MV Oil Trust (NYSE Symbol — MVO) announced the Trust distribution of Net Profits for the first quarterly payment period ended March 31, 2011.

 

Unitholders of record on April 15, 2011 will receive a distribution amounting to $9,430,000 or $0.82 per unit payable April 25, 2011.
