Results of Operations and Financial Conditions

On March 31, 2011, Yuhe International, Inc. issued a press release announcing its unaudited results for the fourth quarter of 2010 and the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010 as well as providing its 2011 income guidance. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
