DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS

The employment agreement of Sandra Parker, Executive Vice President, Business Development and Marketing, expired on March 31, 2011, in accordance with its terms, and as a result, Ms. Parker’s employment with the Company terminated effective March 31, 2011.
