On March 31, 2011, Visteon Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that
it had priced a private offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.75% senior
unsecured notes due 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated herein by reference.
