Results of Operations and Financial Condition
|
On March 28, 2011, Cameron issued a press release announcing it will record first quarter charges associated with delays on a subsea systems project in Nigeria and to reserve for accounts receivable, related to work previously performed in Libya, that are not likely to be collected due to U.S. government sanctions.
The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this item.
