Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On March 28, 2011, Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG) and PSEG Power LLC (Power) are meeting with investors in New York City to provide information on the general design features and emergency planning systems in place for U.S. nuclear plants to protect those sites from floods, hurricanes, earthquakes or other severe environmental events, with more site specific information for Power’s facilities. This update is being provided in light of recent events at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear facility in Japan following the earthquake on March 11, 2011. A copy of the discussion materials being used at the meeting is furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K.
