On March 25, 2011, Lakes Entertainment, Inc. issued a press release announcing it will host a
conference call and webcast to discuss the Company’s fourth quarter 2010 financial results on
Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. CT (2:00 p.m. ET). The Company will issue financial
results prior to the call.
A copy of the press release is being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission and
is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
