Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 20, 2011, Mr. Xiaoyuan Yuan resigned as Principal Accounting Officer of China Fire & Security Group, Inc. (the “Company”) effective immediately. Mr. Yuan resigned for personal reasons and there were no disagreements between him and the Company on any matter that resulted in his resignation.
