On March 23, 2011, Astoria Financial Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release stating that, on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at approximately 4:45 p.m. (ET), the Corporation is expected to release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011, and will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).
