First National Community Bancorp, Inc., (OTC Markets Pink: FNCB), the parent company of Dunmore-based First National Community Bank (the “Bank”), reported that Thomas P. Tulaney, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of the Bank, resigned from the Bank on March 18, 2011, effective immediately, to accept another employment opportunity. The Bank has retained an executive search firm to identify a replacement.
