On March 16, 2011, we distributed a press release announcing that, at its meeting held on March 15, 2011, our Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.07 per share of our common stock, payable on April 11, 2011, to shareholders of record on March 28, 2011.
A copy of our press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
