Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
At the Company’s 2011 Annual Meeting of shareholders on March 17, 2011, of the 30,884,606 shares outstanding and entitled to vote, 28,512,899 shares were represented, constituting a 92.32% quorum. The shareholders considered five proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed on January 26, 2011. The final results for each of the proposals submitted to a vote of shareholders at the Annual Meeting are as follows:
