Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 17, 2011, Harbin Electric, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and hosted a conference call during which the Company’s operating results for the fiscal year 2010 were discussed. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
