Effective March 18, 2011, Mr. Frederick S. Sarazin resigned to pursue another opportunity and will no longer perform duties as Corporate Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer for First Place Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Place Financial Corp.
