On March 18, 2011, Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Cisco”) issued a press release announcing that on March 17, 2011, its Board of Directors approved the initiation of quarterly cash dividends to its shareholders. A quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share will be paid on April 20, 2011 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2011. Future dividends will be subject to Board of Directors approval. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
