On March 17, 2011, dELiA*s, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced its results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 29, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
