On March 14, 2011, Marsha J. Evans notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Huntsman Corporation (the “Company”) of her decision not to stand for re-election to the Board at the Company’s 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, in order to allow more time for her philanthropic and other interests. Ms. Evans’ decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Board.
