(b) On March 13, 2011, Kevin Prince, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Chyron Corporation (the “Company”) notified the Company that he will resign from his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective March 25, 2011, due to other commitments.
