Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On March 15, 2011, GrafTech International Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Mark R. Widmar, acting Chief Financial Officer and Vice President and President of the Engineered Solutions segment, has decided to leave the Company to pursue a new career opportunity. A copy of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
