Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 14, 2011, we issued a press release announcing that we had entered into a letter of intent to purchase the assets of AnPuluo Farm, a 20,000 head annual production hog farm located in Enshi City owned by AnPuluo Food Co. Ltd. which includes the rights to 21 acres of land, 28 buildings and a variety of associated equipment. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
