On March 11, 2011, Mr. Robert M. Book resigned from the Neogen Board of Directors and became a Director Emeritus of the Company. Mr. Book has served on the Board of Directors of Neogen Corporation for over 20 years and was also a member of the Audit Committee. The resignation was for personal reasons and did not involve any disagreement with the other Board members or with management.
Mr. Book will be succeeded on the Audit Committee by Dr. Richard T. Crowder, an existing Director.
