(b) Effective March 11, 2011, Galen S. Lemar resigned as Senior Vice President of Cybex International, Inc. (the “Company”) and as President of the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Cybex Capital Corp. The resignation of Mr. Lemar did not involve a disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
