Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On March 10, 2011, First Ottawa Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release updating its previously-announced financial results for the year ended December 31, 2010. Subsequent to the release on January 31, 2011 of the financial results, the Company received an updated valuation on collateral securing a certain credit. As a result, the Company wrote down the value of the loan. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
